::I stopped by to ask for Suji Ome Fried Rice. For ramen, you can choose the hardness of the noodles and the amount of fat.

::・The ramen itself is the same light tonkotsu ramen that was popular about 20 years ago, but the suji omelette chahan is not bad at all. Lately, I've been running out of ideas for hunting for ramen shops, so when I talked to a colleague at work, a colleague with a physique like a cow told me in a sleepy Banshu dialect, ``There was a ramen shop called Kintora in Ikawadani, where I used to live. How about that?'' So I decided to visit. Arrived 5 minutes before opening on Sunday. The parking lot has space for about 10 cars, but the spaces are small and lines are drawn diagonally, so it can be difficult to get in and out when it's crowded. There were no previous customers. The interior of the store is surprisingly large, with 8 seats at the counter and 5 or more tables within sight of a table for 4 people. I immediately opened the menu and ordered "Kintora Charshu". When I looked at the side menu, I remembered that my coworker, who was like a cow, sleepily said, ``That restaurant's ``suji omelet chahan'' is delicious,'' so I ordered a set. You can choose the firmness of the noodles from ``Kata, Medium, or Thin,'' and the amount of backfat from ``Large, Medium, or Less,'' so choose ``Kata, A lot.'' The staff told me that they had unlimited pickled mustard greens and red ginger, so I moved to the entrance and sure enough, there was a jar containing mustard greens and red ginger, so I secured it and went back to my seat. Ramen and fried rice are served at the same time in about 8 minutes. It is characterized by 6 slices of chashu that look like flowers blooming on a ramen bowl. I took a sip of the soup right away, and the taste made me feel nostalgic. This is exactly the same as the ``Light Tonkotsu'' that was very popular in Kansai over 20 years ago. At the time, I was living in northern Osaka, so I often went there to eat at Fukushogun, Daimyo, and Kurobei, and it was a light pork bone soup without the gamey flavor that is typical of authentic pork bone ramen. The thin noodles are boiled to a slightly firm consistency as ordered, and when you add mustard greens and slurp them, you'll be reminded of the tonkotsu ramen restaurants you used to eat at in your 20s, and you'll be immersed in a nostalgic feeling. Suji omelette chahan is fried rice topped with an omelet mixed with cubed beef tendon. The omelet was perfectly cooked, making me think that this would be a selling point for the restaurant. Since I had come all the way to eat tonkotsu ramen, I asked for a hard substitute and was surprised when it was served in less than a minute. It also comes with a sauce to make the soup thinner. I drop it and start eating, but suddenly I feel full. Over 20 years have passed since I happily ate light pork bones, and I realized that my stomach had gotten smaller. I don't remember how many ramen I've eaten in the past 20 years, but if the locals accept the taste even though it hasn't been updated at all, the restaurant will continue to exist. It was a food that made me think.

::June 2024 Since it was a little after lunch and off-peak, we were seated without waiting. The suji omelette fried rice looked delicious, so I ordered the ramen set with flavored eggs and gyoza.I was told that the strongest set was a better deal, so I ordered the strongest set of ramen with flavored eggs. Apparently you can substitute Takana and pickled ginger. Ramen and fried rice come first. Fried rice is quite delicious, and it's even more delicious when eaten with pickled ginger and mustard greens. Personally, I think it was better to eat it with fried rice than with ramen. The ramen is tonkotsu ramen with a slightly thick and strong flavor. Is that so? I prefer this to Yamaoka's premium salted tonkotsu. When I looked at the menu, I saw that they also have salt tonkotsu ramen, so I'd like to order that next time. The gyoza has crispy wings and is delicious when eaten with the sauce plus garlic soy sauce. I just can't eat much anymore...I thought I could afford a set meal, but my stomach is so full. When I eat a lot of different things, I have to make the size of the ramen smaller or I can't finish it all...

::When it first opened in 1999, I often went there to eat. This time, I visited the store for the first time in 25 years. Sujiom fried rice, which was not on the menu in the past, was very delicious.

::Visited around 12:30 on weekdays. There are quite a few seats, but there are still some empty seats. I ordered the Black Tiger Flavored Egg and Kintora + Suji Ome Fried Rice Set. Both types of ramen are quite good. Made with solid pork bones, this is the classic straight thin noodle dish. Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen that's not impressive, but delicious. Suji omelet fried rice is also delicious. I don't mind repeating, but there are a lot of new ramen restaurants I want to open, so I don't think I'll repeat for the time being...
