::My husband and I stayed in room 406 with a preschooler from October 5th to 6th, 2024. Both the guide and the nakai in charge were very nice people, so I was relieved. The room was a little old, but it was a comfortable space to relax. My son often talked to the Nakai, which caused some inconvenience, but I was grateful for his friendly and smiling response. When making the reservation, we did not provide futons or meals for the children, but they prepared tableware for the children, and since hotpot dishes involve fire and are dangerous, they prepared the hotpots in a place where the children could not see them. They dressed it up in bowls and served it to us. As everyone's reviews have said, the food was very delicious. The large public bath was also clean and comfortable. There was also a sauna in one of the baths. They arranged breakfast times for us, and when we left, everyone warmly saw us off, and my family and I said, ``We'd love to stay here again.'' It was a great inn. thank you very much.

::This place is amazing. If you want to experience a Japanese spa (onsen) with your family, eat an elaborate Japanese dinner and relax this is a great choice.

::First impression wasnt great.. the elevator stinks of mould, hallway carpets are old and dirty with patches of tape everywhere. The hotel has a lot of rooms but the onsen area is quite small with only 2 baths, maybe total capacity of 10-15 people which would be crowded. There are 3 private onsens but theyre really small, and one was a bit hot for us. Food was ok, though dinner is brought in tiny portions over several courses with rice at the end, when we’d have preferred it from the start. Breakfast times are from 7am til 8:30am but they come 30 mins before to remove the beds and set up the table. Not ideal if you want to stay up late to drink, relax and sleep in a little in the morning. Hotel staff practically barged into the room unannounced a few times to set up the futons, which is awkward when you’re on the toilet. Large room but there were stains on the walls, doors etc. A lot of spiders everywhere. Most staff were friendly and polite but the place needs renovation and a much larger bathing area.
