::Love the hotel! We stayed 2 nights there in early August. 🌟Hotel facilities: building is old but very clean and very comfortable! 🌟Hotel location: convenient if you drive. If not, the hotel has scheduled shuttle service to train station and bus station as well as anytime call for pick up from bus stop service. 🌟Room comfort: not big room but comfortable for 3 people. Excellent golf course view! 🌟Hot spring: only one outdoor pool, small but the onsen is very good. 🌟Meals: amazing! We had two breakfasts and two dinners onsite. Love the dishes! Especially a big thank you to the restaurant manager Shigeru Yamada who was very very kind to us when I made a mistake on communication. Sincerely apologize for causing a trouble to him when he had to change our dinner and suddenly changed back because of my fault! Professionalism and hospitality is all presented! 👍👍👍 The front desk is very kind too. It’s a lovely hotel that we will definitely come back for longer stay!

::There is a strong smell in the room, wifi is very weak and not stable. The share hot spring bathroom is quite worn out. Staff are nice and good level of English. View in the room is fantastic.

::Hotel has a great mountain view. Its beautiful! There is also a golf course for those loving that sport. Rooms were clean daily. Bath is also clean. Open bath was especially enjoyable. Food in a hotel is a bit expensive but there is a shuttle service that can take guests to the nearest bus station at any time of day. Staff is very kind. Highly recommend.

::Impeccable service. Gorgeous setting and views. Excellent and traditional menus. Elaborate, spacious, and authentic rooms, complete with in floor seating, tatami mats, sliding doors, and separate toilet room and bathroom. Amazing views from room of rolling hills and the golf course. Features a truly magical outdoor onsen. It's one of the best hotels, ever.

::The front desk staff at this hotel exhibits a cold attitude towards day-trip visitors. When you pass through the front desk, there is an unspoken pressure, and a sense of tension prevails. Is this truly acceptable? Despite having stayed here many times. The hot springs are exceptional. The bathrooms are clean, and with a golf course on the premises, the view is breathtaking. The hotel's facilities and the moss-covered courtyard are delightful. Its distance from the station results in a tranquil atmosphere. Cleanliness is also well-maintained. Regrettably, the front staff lacks in hospitality. In recent years, some young staff members have shown hidden potential. It might be time to consider a change in on-site management. Despite being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, there is a complete absence of hospitality or a welcoming atmosphere.
