::The room is decent, hot-spring is great, the cabin/cottage looks amazing. Too bad I came during the summer time. Will try this hotel during winter time for the convenient ski lifts.

::In the photos, the rooms look big but are average size. The staff was very nice and it is very near the shinkansen station. They also have free wifi, a shuttle bus, bike rental service, skiing (during the winter) and more. Definitely recommend. Resort is huge. There is an amazing onsen.

::The room is fairly new — though the room is pretty old designed, the old wood cottages. There’s two rooms for two person. One thing to criticise is the transportation bus, waited for very long until it arrives, walking to the car park is even faster than waiting for the bus. Would recommend to book the modern one instead of this, if you like older design, the wood cottage is for you. Pretty quiet so 4 stars.

::The reason we selected this hotel is it is near the train station with a nice view and relaxing environment. 🚂🏞️ What impressed me the most is the staff! They are very helpful and always ready to provide useful information, even though their English may not be perfect. They really go the extra mile! My kid lost his new toy at the hotel cottage bus, and they were so helpful that he was able to get it back. Everyone is dedicated to making your stay friendly and enjoyable. 😊👍 #TravelMemories

::Loved our stay at the little log cabin, surrounded by nature! Impressive breakfast buffet selection. Convenient free shuttle bus to the station. Professional and friendly staff.
