Do managers take the high number of evaluations into consideration? I don't think things have changed from 5-6 years ago. In addition, the receptionist and nurses were very kind and I was satisfied with their response, but the only problem was with the doctor.

::I was taken here by ambulance after a bicycle accident. I required surgery for a severely dislocated finger and rehabilitation for it for several months. The doctors were kind and competent. The staff was helpful and kind. The rehab workers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I found the total experience there to be excellent.
