It's been a while since I last ordered ramen for 750 yen. It was provided shortly after. Ingredients are green onion, spinach, and chashu. It looks like you can order a lot of green onions. The noodles are curly medium thick noodles. The noodles are plump and smooth. Personally, I feel that the thinner ones with a little less moisture will coat the noodles better. Although the soup was coated with fat, it tasted thin and watery...the lack of richness was quite fatal. The chashu had a slightly smoky taste and was delicious. A small rice bowl costs 100 yen, which is reasonable. The char siu bowl is 300 yen and the portion is small. Only small rice may be the answer.
