::If you're in Nagasaki, try Champon, so I was wandering around the station and this looked good, so I decided to visit. The veteran staff at the hall responded smartly, so I was able to enjoy my meal peacefully. It was a very delicious soup with a fusion of pork, seafood, and vegetable flavors. (Actually my first Champon) It was delicious, but the texture of the vegetables interfered with the noodles, so as a noodle lover, I thought it would be better if the vegetables were a little finer.

::I ate "Champon" and "Fried rice (half size)". After the meal there was a jasmine tea service. I was able to have a very pleasant meal with excellent customer service. “Chanpon” is a kind of noodle soup topped with a variety of ingredients such as seafood and vegetable. “Chanpon” stands for “mixing various things”, so there are several local dishes called “Chanpon” in Japan. But the most popular one is the noodle in Nagasaki. Seasonings such as vinegar and chili oil are not on the table as a measure against covid-19. I noticed after the meal that the offer was displayed small if requested.

::I went here for Chanpon. Very nice and clean, small restaurant. The food was delicious, server was very polite, decor is nice and dining area well air conditioned. Nice experience.

::This was our first time eating saraudon so it's hard to judge relative to other places. It was okay but I wouldn't order it again. Very attentive service but the food wasn't something I'd come back for. Also, when we asked for hot tea they just heated up tea from a plastic bottle and served it to us. Charged us 500¥ for one small bottle of tea too! We could have bought it from a vending machine for 150. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I'd advise to look for another place.
