  Although I am a grandchild, I often accompany elderly people to the hospital. Wait times can be long, but this is due to blood tests and radiological tests. Although it is impossible to predict the completion time of the test, the consultation time is strictly fixed. During the day, only elderly people stand out. I think it's probably a structural problem in Japan, but there aren't enough people on site, and the situation is such that elderly people are constantly handling the work. It can't be helped that medical examinations are complicated. It's probably the same everywhere except for expensive hospitals. No progress has been made since Operation Imphal. I think this is due to political mistakes and the Japanese people's inability to pay attention to macro issues. I strongly felt that I should protect myself through preventive medical care.

  I have family members who have had medical examinations, hospitalizations, and surgeries at multiple departments, but there are considerable differences depending on the department. The doctor who performed my heart surgery was very kind and thorough, and I can only express my gratitude. There are quite a few failures in internal medicine. It's okay even if your blood pressure is over 180. The dentistry and pediatrics examinations were smooth and I had no complaints. Perhaps it's because the nurses are working so hard, but they're quite unfriendly. It was funny to see him blatantly avoid me and go far away when I looked for him because he had something to do. I haven't said anything yet. I was transferred to Higashiyama Hospital because there were no beds available, but the nurses were extremely kind. Also, the nursing students at Jikei were very hardworking and kind.

  Old building, crowded lobby, crowded clinic, long waits. Unless it's something that a privately-run clinic can't handle, wouldn't recommend going here. Save yourself some time.
