  Don't care about proper treatment, only following the rules. I would have had a mangled and permanently disabled hand if I continued with them. Made it difficult to change to a different hospital that actually gave me proper treatment. Nightmare hospital for old people only.

  After hitting myself in the head I came to see the Neurosurgeon 脳神経外科 川○ ○○○ for a checkup. The worst doctor I ever seen in my 11 years in Japan. Terrible attitude, looking down on me, not taking me seriously, awful talking manner, authoritarian attitude. Didn't let me finish explain my symptoms and just saying as he already knows everything about my symptoms, basically making me feel like " what are doing here, you have nothing, are you stupid, you are wasting my time"

  We went there for our son's surgery (a minor one). Doctors, nurses and other staff were really good, specially who were at pediatric ward. We thought that things will be bit difficult for us as we do not speak much Japanese. But, everything went smoothly as the system was well organized and staff was supportive.

  Older building and the floors are not flat, so sometimes it is difficult to use the table and bed together. But medical care is top level. Doctors are very skillful and saved my life even in a very bad condition.
