The reception method changes frequently. Every time I come, I am left confused. Some people are angry and yelling. A number plate will be taken from you using the general reception number. But what does that number mean? I interpreted it to mean that patients could be admitted in the order they arrived, but that is not the case. I don't understand what it means, and even when I ask the staff, they get angry. They can't respond to what is said here, so they tell me to write my opinion on paper and post it somewhere(?). Is there also a complaint reception corner? Why did you choose this hospital? I can't even transfer to another hospital now. A hospital that I cannot recommend at all.

This is a review for tourists seeking health care in Osaka. While visiting, my mother-in-law fell ill (probably to food poisoning). Our insurance (we had insurance from our home country) advised us to go to this hospital. We got there by taxi, which was about 6 km, for about Y3,500. The staff were excellent. I was able to communicate to the first clerk using Google Translate and they were then able to contact an English-speaking nurse. The support for filling forms, and consulting a doctor, as well as transparency on costs was seamless. This hospital was helpful, clean, and we were able to get a prescription for pain relief no worries. There were three pharmacies within walking distance. It was 24/7 too. There is a FamilyMart on the premises which was convenient. TL;DR great hospital which will help you when in need in Osaka, plus can help in English too.

I was told that the emergency room does not accept non-Japanese speakers. I was told that they would rather let you die than care for International travellers. Somewhat concerning…

Modern. Efficient. Helpful staff. Foreign-friendly, though maybe not English-language friendly.
