  The customer service at the counter was the worst. Even though I canceled my regular subscription of more than 1 million yen, they didn't even put it in an envelope and gave it to me on the spot. Even if the amount is the same, at Mizushima Post Office you would be guided to a booth and handed it over there, but I wonder if they don't take that kind of consideration into it.
