  I was laughed at when I tried to print an invoice using a smartphone discount app. An elderly female staff member with a low level of civility.

  I stopped by during my trip and sent my luggage. While other post offices were very kind and courteous, I felt the response was a bit cold. I wish they would respond a little more politely, as mentioned in other people's reviews. I think I'll try a different post office next time.

  Not all of them, but some of the female staff, please serve customers a little more politely.
