  The manager here, Yoshida (male, probably in his 50s), has a very bad response! It feels like they are unilaterally attacking customers who are in trouble. The previous person also commented that the staff's response was poor, but the post office manager at this post office is like this, so it's a waste of time to go there. I wonder if there is anyone in a higher position than this director. This director can do whatever he wants.

  I use this service all the time, but the one person at the office is really bad. They don't even use honorific language towards young people, and they don't even understand these things?
