  Left undelivered for almost three weeks Delivery confirmation and package confirmation are also slow. The condition of the product was not explained to the sender either.

  The shipping label seemed to be peeling off, so I asked them to put some tape on it, but it took over 3 minutes to put just 10cm of tape on it, and it was stuck in a mess. Since it's something to send to someone, I wish they'd put it on more carefully.

  It's empty and the service isn't bad, but it's hard to get to. Even if you are close in a straight line, you often have to go around stairs. In the end, I think they only consider people who work around here and know them well. If you are driving, just head quietly to the Shintoshin Post Office.

  From Saitama-Shintoshin Station, it's tucked away and hard to find, but if you exit the station, go down the small stairs on the left and cross the traffic light, it's a little closer.
