The soba tea and soba confectionery that come out at the beginning give it a nice flavor. At many soba restaurants, the dipping sauce is poured into the bowl to the 8th mark, but here it's only slightly added to the bowl, and the rest is served separately. It seems that the intention is for people to enjoy the original taste of soba without dipping it into the soup, or for people to enjoy the good taste of soba-yu. Add a little salt to the plate that contained the soba arare, and enjoy the Gensoba with the four-piece set of wasabi, green onion, and dipping sauce that were served with the soba noodles.
