  Having a ridiculous experience here. I was drive to this hotel and a server helps to park my car, so I decided to go shopping in Sapporo. While I come back and the stuff was off-duty and I can’t take my car key back, it was locked in the staff room in car park. The car park staff haven’t mentioned they have a business hour. We call lobby staff for help and he tell us the car park in hotel was different department, they cannot take the car key back. I need waiting business hour til 7am next day. Very surprise that the car park has business hour and the hotel cannot provide any backup plan. And I need to paid for 1500yen for this service lol.

  Good 3 star hotel in great Susukino location. Good for spending a couple of days in Sapporo.

  A bit on the dated side, but overall worth it due to location. Service was good.

  The location of the hotel was very good. Easy access from driving and close to Tanukikoji, Pole Town (underground shopping street) and Odori Park. It is good value for money. We had 5 beds in the bedroom so we could all stay together. It is very clean and tiny. It meets the expectation. HOWEVER The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard and seems slanted so it is very hard to get comfortable. The room itself is very aged and some of the electronics are not working (bed light buttons etc). The parking is under a contractor so the service desk could not help us when we asked about the charges of carpark use. (It is more than I was advised).

  Great place to stay when on a budget. Beds were nice; however, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Lots of amenities and the service were great. Lots of food and things to do close by.
