::As the hotel located somewhat isolated having a car is recommended to have options when it comes to food. The hotel is a bit old but nice and clean . Also it is huge with an impressive indoor waterfall close to its spacious and beautiful onsen.

::Very good manner and service. Dinner Set is delicious, there are plenty of dishes with small portion of food but more than enough to make me full. Onsen bath is the highlight here, it is huge and the water temperature is just right, no need to waste time warming you body like many other onsen.

::Hotel was quite easy to locate, with plenty of parking space Spacious comfortable rooms with attached toilets & shower. Toilets and showers are separated. The hotel is quiet as well, with the exception of tour group arrivals and during meal times. Meals were enjoyable, despite us choosing the most affordable meal package Their onsen was pretty mild. Not as hot as some other onsens, and water was not sulphuric, so it doesn't sting the eyes. They have both ondoors + a small outdoor onsen. Very lovely to soak in the open air onsen during cold weather . We had to pay a small onsen tax of 150yen per pax upon checkout

::Hotel is japanese style and have indoor and outdoor onsen. Onsen and facilities in onsen are good. However, big group of Chinese people stay here and big group of women used outdoor onsen and talked so loud 🙄 that destroyed peaceful environment. I stayed in Japanese style bedroom that is very comfortable blanket and takami. The hotel is near towada lake and can walk there in 10 mins. Breakfast is good and delicious too. The one thing that I don't like is staff at the parking. He told us to park the car in front of hotel for checking in but 5 mins pass, he came to ask us to move the car to parking area and don't allow us to move big lugguages from car. We need to bring big luggages from car to hotel from parking area by ourselve and no helping at all 😡
