::It was a pleasant stay. Since there is some renovation going on the 8th and 9th floor. Stayed on the 7th floor. It is very convenient that the microwaves are located on the same floor however, someone made a mess inside one of the microwaves and didn't clean up. I would give a-five-star review if the air-conditioning could improve. It is still quite warm even it is set to 19°C but I believe it is just a display number. Definitely not 19°C at all. Besides that, the location is excellent. Right beside Mito station and you can access most of the spots on foot around.

::If you're not sure where to stay in the Hitachinaka/Mito area, you can't go wrong here. I chose it because the reviews on the breakfast were positive and it was definitely better than expected. The best item was the french toast. So good!! Parking is easy and only ¥600/day as well. Tons of restaurants near by and only about 10-30 minutes away from some great attractions.

::Great location, very very good staff. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean but this is normal in Japan especially so close to train stations. Only took one point off because the breakfast options if you are a foreigner are very limited.
