This hotel is incredible. The room is very comfortable with a nice balcony, everything is clean. The service is superb, we have emailed the hotel with our enquiries and they replied very quickly, and when we were trying to book an Uber at the lobby the staff was so nice that she simply walked over and asked if we needed anything, and offered to call a taxi for us. The breakfast is included and it is also amazing. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, spacious and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in two hours early ‘coz I felt a bit dizzy after a flight. I love their loose-fitting top room wear. It’s very comfortable and cozy.

Not very amazing, but you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly enough and there are a few staff that speak English very well. Like most places in Okinawa they are on what is considered oki time. They are never expeditious in anything they do and when they do get around to do it they are very slow. I think it's more of the island life mentality though. If you are looking for something that more of a Marriott or a Hilton then this is definitely not the place for you. Although if you are on a budget and need a clean place to stay overnight then I would highly suggest this place, but if you have the money to sleep somewhere else then do it.

For the tight budget and deal we received from HIS, not bad (won't say good). Friendly staff, good views with a balcony, even has an electric stove. But lacks basic amenities like a microwave, coffee, and a decent sized bathroom (things I would expect to be skimped on at a business hotel -- in fact the bathroom was smaller than the budget business hotel that I've stayed at). Exterior is a bit ominous... moreover, when my wife and I arrived there were no cars giving the feeling of a cheezy horror flick but when we returned in the evening the parking lot was packed and patrons were in the lobby floor restaurant. Decent hotel if you have thrifty budget expectations.
