  This hotel got worst attitude of service, they have management issues, the economy here is guided by tourism, so they will use strategies to get money from customers as many as possible; they argue with customers, which is with a bad attitude,if you don’t want to be angry, do not live here.

  The room was comfy and staff was pleasant. Good place to stay when in the area. Loved the view and enjoyed the breakfast!

  This hotel is awesome. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. First of all, the bus from Naha airport stops near the hotel. Check-in at the front desk is very fast. They will explain everything about the hotel system. You can also make a reservation for your bus to the airport. The room was huge. I think easily 4-5 people can stay there. The view from the balcony was also great. Breakfast is very nice. You can even drink beer at breakfast. The beach is just in front of the hotel. You can buy drinks too. There is also a course for barbecue. For the hotel users, the pool and Onsen near the hotel are free. There is also a very good restaurant beside the pool where you can enjoy Okinawan meals and live music. There is an Aeon Mall just beside the hotel so you can simply find anything you need. Small restaurants are also available within walking distance. All in all, if you are visiting the Chatan area and the American village, this is the best hotel to stay.

  Room was quite large and the service was good. The breakfast buffet was nice. A nice touch was that the hotel provided diapers but they want a step further and allowed us to choose that type and brand of diaper.

  Nice hotel but really needs some maintenance. Room was nice but furniture and fixtures very old and worn. Everything worked, bed comfortable, pillows not so much, A/C was great and room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary water bottles like most hotels provide in the room. Check-in staff couldn't check me in a little early even though the room was ready and there was only about 20 guests/cars in parking lot. Check in staff couldn't speak any English to get me checked in. Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of selections and very delicious! Parking was free which was a plus. If the price remains low, I'd stay again.
