::Very nice and clean hotel, and very well maintained. The staff spoke very good English, and explained everything very clearly. Hotel guests have free access to the onsen, and a discounted parking rate at the parking lot right next to the hotel.

::The hotel was just opposite the railway station and bus terminal. The outdoor carpark was beside the main building. Another indoor multi-storey carpark was behind the hotel, but there was no covered walkway connecting the two blocks. The hotel wing was connected to the main building by two footbridges on the lobby floor and the top floor, where the onsen was. The hot spring was divided into male and female sections. The bathroom size was satisfactory. The temperature of the water was acceptable. Both had an outdoor hot water jacuzzi and a cold bath. The spring water was quite special and was running out in the drainage and a decorative stone behind the hotel. The lobby was upstairs, where the ground floor was occupied by a cafe, a souvenir shop, a convenient store, a confectionery shop, etc. The front desk staff could speak English well and were very polite, greeting guests even from a distance. Other staff were also helpful, such as the man taking care of the indoor carpark, the old lady in charge of the onsen, etc. Daily disposable items were offered free of charge at a desk in the lobby. The room size was relatively small. However, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was a good way to maintain the hygiene condition.

::I stay here for 5 days and overall it is really good location and worth the price. I didn't include the onsen( hot spring bath) that is located on top of this building since I can't film there. The room is nice, clean and everything is complete. The location is perfect in front of the Tokushima Station and very near to ton of attractions and delicious sushi restaurants.

::Good business hotel with a great range of amenities. There is a guest lounge, outdoor terrace, hot spring and restaurants and a convenience store in the building. Add into that the good location and onsite parking and you have a great place to stay. Each guest room also has connector cables in case you've forgotten yours.

::PROS: Friendly and professional staff, clean and comfy rooms, ok spa, great breakfast CONS: Parking isn't free and slightly confusing layout VERDICT: 100% would recommend to anyone, great place Great place! wish I got to stay longer. Me and my friends (5 total) staid for a night while traveling down to Kochi. During check-in the staff was kind and professional and rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa/onsen area, although not super special, was good. The spa/onsen had a shower area, onsen (the water is pumped from a natural spring), sauna, and an outside area that had a jacuzzi (the jets weren't great) and a cold bath. The breakfast was nice, buffet style, you can sit next to a large window and people watch people near tokushima station, good amount of western and Japanese food, lots of veggies and non-meat options (I think lol). I would recommend getting the breakfast if you have the time and budget to do so! The only cons I could possibly think of is the parking and lay out of the hotel. There isn't free parking and the hotel itself does not actually have their own parking lot, but the parking is only Y800. As for the layout, I could see a lot of people getting confused finding the front desk (especially if one cannot read Japanese). Overall, the only reason I didnt give this place a 5 out of 5 is because I only stayed one night and pretty much bounced first thing in the morning, but 100% would recommend this place to anyone!
