  The room is spacious and very clean, the location is also great (it takes only several minutes to get to the station on foot). And especially for me I booked 2 nights here with a cheaper price than some capsule hostels. I'll definitely book this hotel again if I re-visit Niigata

  The hotel room is spacious for Japan. There are two chairs and a small table in addition to the bed and desk, and small refrigerator. The amenities bar is the most comprehensive we've seen with many toiletry items and a wide variety of teas. The breakfast buffet is delicious. It is heavily Japanese which we prefer. The bed is comfortable. We love the buckwheat pillows. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.

  I satisfied their services and rooms. I stayed in single room. I wonderful because it is big for me. I feel comfortable. And the transportation is very easy because it locates near the Niigata station.👍👍👍

  Well located 5 minutes from Niigata station and 10 minutes from Bandai Bridge, this hotel had spacious rooms (by Japanese standards) and very good central heating to keep out the Niigata winter. Close to a good sake brewery and several bars/restaurants too

  Location and service is excellent. Rooms are okay and cleaned daily. They are smoking rooms however, which I'd rather not have. WiFi is horrible, often disconnects and bandwidth does not exceed 100kb/s. Laundry service is poor, small washer/dryer which is quite expensive to use and took over 4 hours to finish, after which the clothes were still not dry.
