::Good location for Makuhari Messe, and an easy walk from Kaihinmakuhari Station. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it is modestly priced compared to others nearby.

::Came here for a concert that was happening at Makuhari Messe, and got one of their suites. Easily the most disappointing and overpriced room I've ever been in - I knew the building was going to be old, but I wasn't expecting the bathroom grout to be in complete disrepair, multiple power outlets falling off the walls, just generally feeling like I went back to the 1970s and literally nothing has been updated. The kicker for all of this is that the suites were still 60-80k JPY/night - I brought this up to the front desk and their response was generally "the building is old, sorry". I'd consider staying here for half the price, but at the listed price this is unacceptable. The other staff members, however, were lovely and very helpful. Location-wise, it's right near Makuhari so it's very easy to get to, thankfully.

::Not worth the price. No amenities. Said there was parking during booking but had to park at a garage because their parking only fits small K cars. Not family friendly. Building is also very outdated with no renovations. Very disappointed.

::Location is ok based on Disney visit. And near many outlet shops and restaurants. Staffs are not good service mind. Water bottles are not refilled (provided only day 1) which is weird and too stingy especially when compared with the cost of stay for 3 days. Room and overall is quite old, but good thing is they still well maintenance. Not worth the cost but still acceptable.

::I stayed here for a study abroad trip, in total we were here ~2 weeks. Breakfast was included in our stay and was overall pretty good! Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds were a little harder than I was used to and the pillows were too soft. It's in a nice location with a lot of shopping, food, and a nearby train station!
