  Location wise is not too bad. However, the hotel is really dated and therefore needs some refurbishment. Staff is very friendly and can speak some English so all is good

  Great value for the price: Rooms are dated but everything is clean and the hotel is only a 5 min walk from the main station.

  Nice place in the centre of ikebukuro. Everything you need is just nearby. Friendly people. Thanks for everything.

  Small rooms, got a smoking room but booked a non-smoking. No shelves or wardrobe to unpack clothes in so you have to live out of the suitcase. Stayed in a single room. Other rooms might be bigger and have better storage. Restaurant serves breakfast but there are better places for same price or lower just around the corner. Breakfast was not included in the room rent. Rooms were clean and had a fridge and waterkettle. Check-in at 15:00
