  Disappointed from noise from the intersection directly transmitted and I was not able to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing since many dishes were left unfilled. I asked Japanese staff to fill local noodle but she just filled only tiny one though several people were waiting for it. I can’t understand why.

  As a solo single traveller I thought my room was perfect. Excellent lan Internet. Very comfy bed and very quiet . The housekeeping does knock on the door and are persistent which could be annoying if you are in a conference call.

  Great rooms that are very clean. Staff is great. Not your typical western breakfast but they still had bacon and eggs. The coffee is great too! No pool or onsen but lots of clean towels and amenities, and plenty of hot water!!

  Very good service. Small room (Japanese standard). Nothing bad but the smell of bathroom. I think the hotel mush clean bathroom better and periodically wash the curtain in the bathroom.

  The rooms are disgusting. The entire hotel looks like it needs to be power washed. I went to a store to buy cleaner for our room. I'm very disappointed. There is mold in the bathroom, some kind of dried drink streaked down the wall, hair in the sink, the base of the toilet is gross. I can't even. The halls are disgusting. Just everything is dirty. Everywhere else we've been in Japan has been so clean.
