::just checked in today (May 11 2024) and this is my second time staying in APA Hotel Nagoya Nishiki Excellent. I want to give compliment to the excellent service by Trainee Mr. T. Aso. He helped me checked in, his English was better than other staff, he was able to answer all my request/ enquiry(late check out, big bed). When I called front desk he came to my room and helped open the window, but it can’t be open and he went to bring a technician to help. I hope APA hotel can give him incentive or promotion/ praise for his good service and going beyond normal service to help customer. Because of Aso-san, I will return to this hotel again. Thank you. ::I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made our check-in seamless. The room we booked was perfect for our group of three. It was incredibly spacious as compared to other APA hotel branches, offering plenty of room for all of us to move around comfortably. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room were truly impressive. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent location. We were able to walk to nearby shopping malls, train stations and popular tourist attractions, saving time in exploration of the city. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to impress us with their service. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Overall, our experience at this hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a prime location in the heart of Nagoya city!
