::This hotel is great, saw some bad reviews because rooms are not so big, but they are big enough. Staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Room was very tidy and the smell was fresh, unlike some other hotels I've stayed at on a similar budget that said non-smoking, but did actually still smell like smoke. Only downside is that there is no breakfast on location, but you can have breakfast at the cafe next door from 07.00 which is fine. It's right next to Meguro station, so easy access to many subway lines. You're in Shibuya in 10 minutes. Shinagawa is closeby for Shinkansen. All in all great place as a base for exploration of Tokyo.

::Great place walking distance from Meguro station. I recomend this place to people who goes to Embassy of Thailand so can avoid commute with packed train in Japan. Breakfast isnt worth for paying 500JPY unless it is already included. Bread, little salads, boiled egg n coffee.

::Very small and very basic rooms. Room and bathroom felt more like i was staying in a caravan than a hotel. No storage for clothes. Poor selection options for breakast, but good coffee machine. Also stayed at mitsui garden 1km away, which is superb and cheaper. I would not recommend this hotel

::I love my single room on the ninth floor. It's quiet and overlooks the city. Reception is friendly and helpful. This is an excellent, affordable hotel in an great area with bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
