::Great location, 5 minute walk to the Ebisu Station. Rooms were spacious, large bathroom and very comfortable bed. Our room had a great view of the city and the Tokyo Tower. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Excellent restaurant and bar options at the hotel. We will be staying here on our next trip to Tokyo.

::Loved 99% of our time here. Only issue was breakfast buffet. Coffee is a chore. They only give you 1/4 oz of milk and if you go to the counter they shame you, or tell you to sit down. If they would bring you a coffee, this wouldn’t be an issue. However, siting through a 35 minute breakfast without coffee ruins the otherwise spotless buffet, considering it’s at the counter. Gets very old considering the rest of the experience is *****.

::I stayed at the Westin for a 10 day trip for work. Fantastic experience and incredible service from all staff. If you are a platinum or titanium elite member, the breakfast and happy hours are world class. I will definitely be back!

::Absolutely stunning hotel!!! The service, the room and the location all on point!! Just need to keep in mind that this is NOT located in around Tokyo station or sky tree. But it is close to a train station that can get you to those places. This Westin gives me the timeless classics and the warm home feeling that just feels right!!! Definitely recommend to stay or visit at least once.

::We stayed in the Magnolia room on 21st floor; the room was amazing: much larger than a typical hotel suite. There is a roomy hall way with a closet and half bath for guests; the large screen 82” TV in the living room; dining table suitable for 6-8 people. Kings size bed with smooth and new sheets. Of course, another large TV in the bedroom. There is also an excessively large closet with man & woman sides. Bathroom is huge that is larger than a typical studio bed/bath. Best part is customer services are amazing. The room services are done like ninja (quickly the moment I left the room) that arranged my messy desk and bath room to a neat & organized Japanese compulsiveness. Bad part is that they made me feel guilty for being messy. ;-) PS: lounge is inviting with good food/snacks/drinks/food. Do check it out if you can.
