  We stayed at the hotel back in March 2024. The breakfast and service in general were amazing. They were very kind even though we caused so much trouble for them (I booked wrong number of people, asked them to call taxi and cancelled, forgetting my passport at the room). Just know that the convenience store is far away and there's not many dinner options nearby. So make sure to stop by if you're not having dinner at the hotel!! (The shuttle driver kindly asked us if we wanna go to the convenience store but we didn't go then, and we waited forever for a taxi... eventually we decided to walk aaall the way 🥲)

  A victorian styled room with basic amenities. Staffs were pleasant. One setback was there was no lift access, thus need to climb....

  Surprisingly good hotel. Seems a bit dated but the toilets are high tech, clean and the bath/jacuzzi is the best I've had in a 5 star hotel. It's a very short walk to the lifts and a speedy ski back to the front door. Just be ready to make your own bookings to restaurants etc. The concierge lady is lovely but her English isn't that great 😀

  Quiet location just a short walk out of the main food and entertainment area. Very short walk to the slopes. Incredibly ornate furnishing will keep you feeling posh and privileged and the staff are consistently polite and attentive. The rooms run cosy but manageable but being in the quiet end of town are perfectly fit for purpose, sleeping after a day of exploring the slopes and the culture of Hakuba.

  Beautiful Hotel situated in the middle of an enchanting forest. Having breakfast in the wood panelled dining room watching the sun rise in the east listening to classical music with waiter service was a dream.
