::I don't think I will use this hotel again. Most of the staff cant really speak english and every morning was an issue with breakfast. I was told it was not included in my room, which I was okay with and more than happy to pay for it. The first morning, I had to give them 20 minutes to prepare as it was not arranged ahead of time. I'm okay with this as well but they told me they will fix it on my reservation so the next of the week will be okay. The next morning I was simply told they couldn't accommodate me. The gentleman at the front desk couldn't speak english and I guess it was just the easiest way out. I asked for a manager but the language barrier was just too restrictive so I gave up and source breakfast somewhere else.

::Head southwest from the bus rotary at Tsukuba Station, straddle the road on the pedestrian bridge and soon you will enter Takezono Park, an area filled with lush greenery. The hotel is behind the park and has a road in front of it. I recommend you 5 min walk from the station.

::The room is spacious for one person. The layout is also good. You can even enjoy the Japanese drama in TV provided in the room. The room is also convenient and comfortable. It is also not so far from the station (Tsukuba station), so this place is easy to find and reach.

::Everything was neat and tidy, despite the room was a bit old fashioned. The staff was always very friendly and ready to help. For breakfast, there was a selection of international-style menu sets to chose from. The air conditioning in my room seemed just to have a cooling function and I could not find any heaters. Sometimes I wished it has been a bit warmer in the room. Probably the air conditioning was not completely working. The hotel room offered just type A power sockets (with two pins), so be aware of that of you bring travel power adaptors. Sometimes, you will also find type B sockets (with three pins) in Japan, however, I think type A sockets are more common in general. The free WiFi service in the hotel room was good, despite that it was quite overloaded during the peak times in the evening.

::It was a great experience. With courteous staff and very well cleaned rooms. Be prepared that it's all self service. You have to self iron your clothes and laundry them if you would like to. Breakfast is available and it has good quality. People looking for halal might opt for veggies. It's really worth staying here specially if you are attending a conference in international conference centre
