  Stayed in 2022. Rooms have not been updated for a good 20 years. Only good thing was breakfast with a pleasant view of the Japanese garden. This hotel seriously needs a full renovation of its rooms.

  I usually go to Tsukuba for Business trip. I was staying another two hotels next to station. But, this time I used this hotel. Location is good. It takes around 15 min by walk(google maps shows weird root). When you go to hotel, it seems very good hotel, but in contrast rooms are not good at all. There is no Lan connection for internet. Wifi is very slow. Room smells cigarette If you don't lock the door it can open easily from outside. First day i forget to lock the door and in the middle of the night somebody just directly go inside my room when i am almost sleeping ( maybe other customer made mistake) If you just looking for 1 day night place, it is cheap and maybe it is ok. But, if you stay long, i don't recommend it. There qre other low facilities too

  Good location in Tsukuba. Halls, meeting rooms, garden, restaurant and Architecture, lication, view from the room are top class. Super. However rooms need renovation. Beds are very hard. Pillows are small and entering to the bathroom is like climbing to the Tsukuba Mountain.

  A very old hotel ! I reserved a none smoking room but they ended up by giving me a smoking room which has not been open for years maybe! The toilet is full of fungus and you can see mold everywhere!

  The outward appearance of the hotel is very nice, but the inside feels a little dated. The food served at the event was pretty mediocre, like things you could easily make at home. Fancy bathrooms, if you care about that kind of thing.
