::The room is small but very cosy and tidy. The receptionist is super attentious and nice. Within walking distance from main train and bus stations. Good option for the price.

::An old little hotel within walking distance from Hakodate station. There are limited english information, even the hotel name is in Japanese. Not so friendly for those with big suitcases because there are stairs to reach the receptionist. There’s a small elevator inside, but again you need to go up a few steps of stairs. The lobby is small, and there’s a free coffee and tea provided. It’s a smoking room until 9 o’clock in the morning. I booked a twin room, and it was very spacious (compared to hotels in Tokyo). There’s a small refrigerator (don’t forget to plug it in before using it) and glasses and electric kettle. Amenities are complete. Bath tub is small. On the third floor there are two coin-laundry machines, but only one dryer. Detergent costs ¥100 at the vending machine inside the laundry room.

::It's an entirely adequate room to come back to rest in for the night. The air conditioning is a bit lacking, but the weather is usually cool enough to compensate for that. The location is good too. About 5 minutes walk from food, and 15 minutes walk from the bay area. Parking is very limited, so come early to avoid disappointment.

::Good location. Funny smell when I got inside the room. Small bathroom. Friendly staff. Overall pretty good.
