  There is a male staff very helpful and speaks great English, great for anyone simply looking for a room to stay, nothing fancy needed. WiFi is weak on the end room though.

  Check out time is 10am, which is so abnormal. Got charged 3000 Yen for checking out at 12pm. Anyway, the location is really good. Very close to the Hakodate Station and the morning market.

  Clean, well situated. Solid American motel standard, small rooms, ok breakfast.

  Very near the Hokodate JR station and conveniently located to easilt bring the luggage over and there is a convenient shop just next to this hotel! All bed rooms in Japanese style and very neat and tidy and clean and very spacious and good! The female and male hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and polite and able to converse in English! The hotel serves good Western and Japanese breakfast with buffet style and all very yummy!
