::Stayed in October 2021. Although the building is old, it is kept clean and there is no problem if you are not looking for luxury. I was very grateful to be able to stay alone in a large triple room at such a low price. Best of all, the location is great. At night, you can enjoy the night view while drinking coffee from the 4th floor lounge where the lights are dimmed. It's really helpful that the parking lot is free. This time I left before 6am and stayed there in a hurry, but next time I would like to take more time and relax. Postscript (2022.01): It seems that the museum will be closed for the entire month of October 2021. I hope the coronavirus calms down soon and we can reopen!

::I had only stayed at cheap guesthouses in Hakodate, but I decided to stay here because it was discounted with my Rakuten card and included parking. The location was perfect, and to be honest, it was a hotel that made me feel both grateful and sorry for staying at this price. The hotel employee seemed to be managing the front desk and the restaurant and bar on the 4th floor by himself, so he called me from an extension to check in, but his customer service was excellent. I come to Hokkaido every year, but Hakodate was the first sightseeing spot I visited in two years, and it was particularly good, so I think I'll be visiting here again next year. Thank you for your help.

::Stayed for 1 night What was good about it ・I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than check-in time, but they let me into my room. ・During our chat at check-in, when I told him that I was going to climb Mt. Hakodate, he researched and told me about the bus to the summit in great detail (the ropeway was out of power). ・The lounge on the 4th floor was very calm and had a nice view. I was able to have an experience that I couldn't get at other hotels. ・I feel that the shampoo was better than that at a typical hotel (I was quite happy, to be honest). ・It has great access to tourist spots such as Kanamori Red Brick, Mt. Hakodate Ropeway, and churches. Rappi and Hasegawa Store are also nearby, making it easy to eat. others ・There was no air conditioning (I used it in late September, but I didn't feel it was necessary. It was very cool when I opened the window.) Although it was a short stay, I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again if I have a chance to visit Hakodate.

::The room was adequate and had a washlet. The location is very interesting, right in the middle of Hakodate's famous slope, and there is a parking lot, so it's convenient. The presence of the 4th floor lounge makes this hotel special. Let's look at Hakodate while having tea.

::I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location is excellent, with Motomachi, the Bay Area, and Hakodate Park within walking distance. There is no convenience store nearby, but there is Hasegawa Store and Co-op Store, which are famous for their Yakitori bento, within a short walk. Lappi (Lucky Clown) is also conveniently located within walking distance. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. Take a relaxing bath in a deep bathtub. It's a shame that the toilet is not a washlet toilet, but there is a washlet toilet on the 4th floor. There was also a lounge on the 4th floor with a great view, and I was happy to be able to drink coffee and tea for free in the morning. This consideration was good. The housekeeping was excellent, and I was very grateful to have my room cleaned every day for three nights. This was my fifth trip to Hakodate, and I usually stay at a hotel near the station, but I was glad that I was able to find a hidden restaurant and coffee shop that is unique to Motomachi. I will mark this as my future stay.
