::I have lose my backpack on the first day to Hakodate, and both the hotel, taxi driver, and bus company help alot to return it back quickly in an hour. Thank you all very much.

::"Good location " We only spend one night here as it was on our way from Sapporo to Tokyo. Good location close to restaurants and the red brick warehouses. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but it was perfect for what we needed.

::Pros: - Impeccable service overall. - Amazing buffet breakfast with a sashimi bar that was excellent. It can get very busy, but they have excellent crowd management. You get a ticket and can check on the status of the queue online. - Location a few minutes walk from the Kanemori Redbrick, Warehouse, a 7-11 and Yamato, and the JR station. Cons: - West Wing room is seriously dated, especially the bathroom. Book either central or east wing! - Laundromat is a far walk away in the East Wing and is chargeable. - Takkyubin counter at bag storage area cannot arrange to send suitcases to the airport zzz You have to take your suitcases to the Yamato office nearby instead.

::The worst hotel I've ever been to. It makes an impression at the entrance, but then it gets even worse. The room's best days are long gone, the cabinets are scratched, the armchairs and bed are stained, and the smell in the room is indescribable. The hotel may look modern at the reception, but the room is something else, it was modern 10 years ago. I do not recommend. I gave up after going to the room, resigned and found a better hotel nearby.
