Perfectly located hotel with nice welcoming people. Rooms are however small but it is the price to pay to be in the center of Tokyo with an affordable room.

Easy to access. Free coffee and tea until 2am. Nice breakfast. Service are just basic to minimal in English.

A great experience overall! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet business neighborhood but "downtown" Ueno is less than a 5 minute walk away along with the Ueno train station. Plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a large park and Buddhist temple nearby. The rooms are small but well appointed and laid out. I will definitely consider staying here again next time!
