  A bit run down but cozy hotel. The rooms are perfectly acceptable if you want a convenient place to sleep. The location is great for catching trains at Ueno.

  Old and small rooms, but clean. Staff understands hardly any English. Location is quite good. The hotel is apparently locked down between 00:30 and 06:00. You can't enter and possibly exit as far as I understood. This might be a big problem for people who want to stay out late or have to get up quite early. Maybe even for the people that want to get out during a fire. Because of the limited English I could not clarify this 100%.
