::I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the Pokémon Go Fest in Sendai and had a great experience. The location is incredibly strategic, being very close to the Metro, which made getting around the city super convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although they didn't speak much English, we were able to communicate effectively and they were always eager to help. As expected, the room was small, but it was clean and comfortable, which is quite fair given the price I paid. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Sendai.

::Single room is too small. Receptionist can not speak English. The laundary service is so bad. Hotel location is closed to the shopping street!
