::The Twin Room we got was not 18sqm as stated in Agoda or 19sqm per hotel website. The single beds were small and little unstable. Pillows are really thin. There is no writing desk and no bed side table (as pictured in hotel website). A corner pillar took up a lot of space in the room. We had to push the beds to the walls, and move the round coffee table in between the beds. It is definitely smaller than a 18sqm room at our next hotel in Sapporo. The room felt more like their 15 sqm Double Room fitted with 2 standard single beds. I saw some rooms on the same floor with 1 semi-double bed and same layout. They may have retrofitted some of these as Twin Rooms. The breakfast food quality is good. Chicken zangi was hot, crispy n juicy. The off season ikura was a little small but not too salty. The restaurant is not big and can be cramped. While hotel is connected to the subway at Basement, there are still 2 small flights of stairs to climb up and down for those with luggages.

::I stayed here for 5 nights lady's room in January. Location is in front of Sapporo station, easy access to trains and underground walk ways. Room size was 15 sq.m. (Single Room). Free amenities counter at 7th floor. Check-In can be at front desk or self check-in kiosk. Overall it's a good place to stay.

::I was served by Izumi. The staff here does not speak English. The hotel does not provide luggage delivery service to the airport. It took me 30 minutes to figure this out during our conversation due to the language barrier. The attitude was also not pleasant. She does not seem interested in helping provide alternatives or suggestions. The room is also very small to open your luggage. I will not come back here again.

::The good parts were the nice staff, easy check in, fast wifi, and great shower and bath. However, the rooms were tiny, beds were uncomfortable, and the room didnt feel/smell very clean. Ive stated in quite a few hotels in Japan and for the price point im sure I couldve found something much better.

::Room quality was good, only minor complaints about the tiny bedside table with no outlet. They lack laundry access, the closest coin laundry is more than 15 minutes walk away, which is inconvenient. I booked through a third party site that made an error with my reservation putting me in a smoking single. I paid extra to get moved to a nonsmoking double. When this hotel communicated with the booking agent during my dispute, they failed to emphasize that this "upgrade" was wholly involuntary! This made the refund process take so much longer.
