Comfortably Numb
::I only go there to do shopping but always find that the salesperson is not friendly, no smile at all even though this is free and the way of speaking is not kind. Not Japanese style. Maybe they are doing good business as this hotel is located in a good place so do not bother the Japanes Service but sure there will be the time to regret.

::We went on a bank holiday weekend, so yes, it's very crowded naturally, and there were a lot of families. Not that I'm complaining since we went as a family too! It's a decent hotel with great amenities such as their own onsen and swimming pool, but it's a tad overpriced. Location is great and very easily accessible - if you don't drive, they have a shuttle from Nasushiobara station to the hotel directly. I was disappointed in the long queues for riding the lift (there are 12 floors with 20 rooms each from what I understand and only 3 lifts, queue took over 20 minutes...), and the breakfast buffet where we had to wait 1 hour to be seated. No water bottle available in your room either is a bit of a letdown at this price. Food quality however was great overall - for both breakfast and dinner. We had dinner at the Nasuno restaurant (Japanese food) and it was really good, although the portion could have been a tad more generous - especially considering the price once again. Great view on the rooftop - it's worth seeing if you're staying. But would we come here again? I'm not sure.

::The big hotel facility in Tohoku area. Based here you can go to numerous places in the vicinity. Here the nature is so deep and you can enjoy the change in colour of the nature. And the hotel itself is so nice and you can enjoy the good foods which are pretty delicious and of course the room is gorgeous and your enjoyment here is guaranteed!

::The hotel has a lot of amenities, including a pool and hot springs. The dinner was phenomenal and everything was delicious. The grounds are nice to walk around and the view of the mountains was stunning. The problem was the room. The room was not clean when we checked in. The toilet had remnants, the cups had water marks and looked used, and there were rings on the tables from the previous person's drinks. It made me worried what other things were not clean since they missed such noticable things. At the cost per night, I was expecting at least a clean room. It was a shame since the rest of the visit was really nice.

::We had a great time here. They have an indoor swimming pool in addition to the onsen. There's also a small arcade, or game center, for the kids so even if the weather is bad you still have things to do. Beds were comfortable enough and rooms were well maintained. In general the property is well maintained. The hotel is located close to nearly all of the attractions in Nasu, every place is a short drive.
