  Considering the room price and old facilities, room is very clean and morning buffet also is impressed

  Reception staff behave (politely) like real people rather than robots. Breakfast buffet is excellent, not the best but nevertheless very good. Rooms are ok, clean, neat.

  Rooms are rather dated but functional. Would have preferred a queen bed rather than 2 single beds. Maybe some updating might need to be considered. Otherwise, lovely stay as not far from the main train station and staff were very helpful despite not being versed in English.

  Jan 2024. I think that the hotel has had a fairly recent renovation and it was pretty nice and comfortable. Location it pretty convenient for buses and so forth

  Very old hotel. Normally I take photos of the hotel, but I simply don’t feel like taking any photos of this one. I definitely won’t come back to this (our tour guide book this for us, and maybe they give high commission to tours, but you can get a cheaper hotel at Agoda for a better hotel just nearby aeon mall) 1. The toilet nozzle is just disgusting. 2. The provided shampoo & shower gel, but the quality is very poor which is very watery and diluted 3. There is only 2 power supply and one at entrance, one for the TV 4. The internet is slow and keep disconnecting 5. The shower curtain is full of black spots, it looked like mould 6. The bed is thin and soft, the pillow (only 1) is thin also 7. The overall furniture is very old fashion and broken
