::This hotel is attached to the rail station for the Shinkansen (bullet trains) that serve Yokohama. There we three of us and we were able to reserve a room with three single beds. We arrived in the morning and the hotel stored all our luggage for free, three hours before we could check in. That way we were able to tour the area unencumbered. When we returned in the evening to actually check in the process was very quick. Our room was very nice and had lots of amenities. Everything was also in English. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom mirror is heated, so it is still clear even after a steamy shower. The toilet seat was heated and was a typical, multi-function Japanese style toilet. The shower was strong, but had a European-style half-glass door. We were on the 10th floor. The inner part of the hotel is hollow and overlooks the dining area below. The room and hallways circle the perimeter of the hotel, offering a great view below. We also had access to a free lounge until 10 p.m. It offered coffee, tea, and juices. There are laundry facilities in the hotel too. You can use a QR code to see if the machines are available, so you don't have to walk down to the room repeatedly to check. One of the best parts of this hotel was their excellent breakfast buffet. It had a huge range of delicious food, to satisfy many cultures. There are also lots of restaurants in the area, for lunch or dinner. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Yokohama. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our one month touring around Japan.

::Fabulous hotel, strong recommend. Large clean rooms. Quiet. Fantastic location directly above the train station and inside a shopping complex with plenty of food options. Breakfast buffet a bit pricey, but includes asian and western options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Knowledgeable taxi drivers can drop you off right at the lift that takes you directly to the hotel on the 10th floor.

::Talk about a perfect hotel. Rooms ans amenities were great. The lobby is eight floors above the train station so walk in, walk out. Sorry we were only here for one day.

::A fantastic hotel to stay at if you want to explore Yokohama (just a few stations away by local train or subway) and need to catch an early shinkansen (bullet-train) going south. We had a room over looking the tracks and my little boy loved watching all the train coming and going. The rooms nice and the service very good. The buffet breakfast is awesome.

::The location is amazing. We stayed only for two nights and being above the train station saved us a lot of time while exploring the places around Yokohama. We also had a room with a view of Mt Fuji and Shinkansen passing by every minute. Great service and the good breakfast is also a highlight of our stay.
