::Very nice hotel, pretty close to the station. They allowed me to store my luggage until check-in and took it up to my room before I came back. Breakfast was tasty, not many options but decent.

::The best hotel I've ever booked in Yokohama! The service is great! Saying that the staff are helpful is an understatement. They really take care of you. I highly recommend it here. Rooms are bigger compared to LiveMax or JR East hotels. I was able to set up my workstation and work comfortably. The cleaning staff are great. They clean the rooms with care. There is an onsen located in the basement with a really spacious shower stall. Lastly. This hotel is close to everything. Walkability score is high. 10/10 will definitely book again!!

::For the price we paid it was pretty good. Room was spacious and had complementary water. Didn’t realise the breakfast was included in the price. It was a short walk to Yokohama station and there are convenience store across and next to the hotel. Didn’t realise the breakfast was included in the price. There was also a family restaurant.

::It's realistically a 15 minute walk from Yokohama station (West Exit) and longer from the East exit, especially if you're arriving at night and/or carrying luggage. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the bathrooms have visible mold along the caulking of the sink and tub. It was also a bit dusty. Amenities were available at the front counter, but even basics like pillows and towels were fewer than standard hotels. I have stayed in less nice hotels, but it really seems like many of the reviews are fake. The pictures in most of the reviews have the saturation turned all the way up to make it seem bright and airy, when in fact the hotel was quite dark. If all you are looking for is price and location, this is a good hotel. Do not expect a high quality room or amenities.

::Amazing service, all the staff are attentive and friendly, no silly house keeping terms as in other hotels, change linen every time when requested and free bottled water everyday. Bath house, karaoke room and laundry room available, smoking area within the hotel was big and never crowded, nearby amenities and close to the centre. Will definitely be back.
