  Don't know about the concierge staff who will be dealing with customers? They responded quickly when I had a problem. Although there is a space for light cars in the parking lot, there were several light cars parked in the regular car space. Regular cars can't stop. Closed for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30. The shutter is down and only the cash corner can be used. I went there without knowing about it and had something to ask at the counter, so I went home and went back.

  I'm a foreigner. Today I came to Hiroshima Bank Kurihara-cho and opened a bank account. The information service person had a very bad attitude. We are foreigners, but it's not like we don't understand Japanese at all. I knew it because he would say bad things about me behind my back. Be sure to explain things that the customer doesn't understand. What do you mean when you say it's always troublesome? ? ? . I think hospitality is the most important thing in Japan, and I felt that way today, and it really hurt my heart.
