  Don't know about the concierge staff who will be dealing with customers? They responded quickly when I had a problem. Although there is a space for light cars in the parking lot, there were several light cars parked in the regular car space. Regular cars can't stop. Closed for lunch from 11:30 to 12:30. The shutter is down and only the cash corner can be used. I went there without knowing about it and had something to ask at the counter, so I went home and went back.

We are foreigners, but it's not like we don't understand Japanese at all. I knew it because he would say bad things about me behind my back. I think hospitality is the most important thing in Japan, and I felt that way today, and it really hurt my heart.
