The Japanese Style Presidential Suite Villa with Open-Air Bath is exceptional, with a private bath offering stunning river views. The hotel's amenities include a cozy lobby with freshly brewed coffee, a soothing foot bath, a vibrant game room, and a spacious public bath with massage chairs. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is conveniently located near Hita Station. Overall, Caffel Hinanosato is a peaceful retreat with great value.

  The whole hotel comes with a retro and traditional blend of vibe, very comfortable and casual, not uptight. One of the receptionist are fluent in English as well. - Rooms are very great deal for what you pay, very spacious and clean. With river view for some of the rooms - Each floor was a surprised, great for younger generation and family with kids. - Restaurant offer great western food, recommend booking acc. and meals together. - Onsen is clean and tidy. Overall, very interesting and recharging stay for me to leave a review:)

  A hotel with a lot of personality in its design and concept. Friendly and enthusiastic staff members. For international tourists, as long as you have Google translate, you will be able to communicate with the staff members even though they are more comfortable in Japanese (as are most Japanese establishments). Views are great and facilities adequate for the price point. Everything is a bit old but there’s a certain charm to it

  Got a spacious room with a great view. The hotel is lovely with a different theme on each floor. There is a relaxing corner for comics and massage. There is also a surprise in the public bath that reads “I do not seek but find”. I did find and enjoy it.

  This place is fantastic. There’s so much creativity and quirkiness. It’s like stepping back in time to 10 different periods. It’s insanely clean, the staff are lovely and there is care and detail in everything from all the had written notices and menus to the hand illustrated signs. There is an incredible kids/ teens area with hundreds or anime books and a lovely onsen. So worth visiting if you are in this region and the beds are like clouds, so comfy! This is a stay to remember!
