::Soba was handmade and you can see the chef making it from outside window. The soba was chewy and fresh. I ordered the tofu soba and the tofu was so delicate it melted immediately in the mouth. Good! By the way the sweet of black sugar mochi is awesome!

::During lunchtime there is a wait. But it isn't very long and makes the experience all the more enjoyable. I had the tennseiro a set that included seiro, the cold soba and tennpura, Japanese fried vegetables and shrimp. The soba was absolutely fabulous and it's flavor can't be recreated without it being handmade. The tennpura combos with the soba to provide your mouth with the most delightful taste. If you are to stay in this area or even just came by for a day hike it is the best spot to stop by for lunch.

::This place was amazing. The hand made soba was delish. And the tempura was well balanced. In fact the whole spread was well balanced. I dare say this has been the best soba I've ever had. After my meal, my mouth felt like heaven.
