  What can I say! Best hotel I stayed in Japan! We had booked a japanese style room! Spacious and the view from the room is breath taking! Seein mt fuji right infront of you in the morning cannot describe it into words! The onsen is really clean! I was alone for both nights we stayed in. Staff members are always ready to help !!! You have free shuttle bus from and to hotel from the main train/bus station. You can also rent a bike for max of 3 hrs which is nice from the overpriced vendors in main station. I wished we could stay longer :)

  Tucked away from the center of Fuji, this hotel has traditional Japanese style rooms and great views. Lovely garden walks, which lead to the lake. Staff go above and beyond to help. There is no bar. However, they do have wine vending machines and plenty of local stores nearby to buy gifts, drinks and food. Highly recommended. Perfect view of Mt Fuji when clouds disperse.

  A beautiful hotel with a great location. The main town is only a 10 minute *free* shuttle bus away which is very convenient. There are bikes to hire for $5 per person up to 3 hours. There is a 10 hole golf course for $11 and tennis as well. This is in a quiet; calm and very beautiful area. The gardens are stunning and the lake is extremely close. We had so much fun here. The only thing I was disappointed in was the dinner options and how expensive it is to eat here. Overall, love it and we are so happy we finally got to see Mount Fuji! Thank you

  We adored our stay at Fuji View hotel; a break surrounded by the mountains and luscious green foliage was needed after hopping between big cities! The services at the hotel were fantastic, such as the shop in the lobby, the wine dispenser, and the buffet breakfast; this was especially delicious. Our room was incredibly comfortable and it was nice to have sofas as well as our beds. I would definitely recommend and return.

  We had an amazing stay at Fuji View Hotel. You get amazing views of Mt Fuji right from the main entrance to every floor window by the elevators, as well as their panorama view spaces, without any extra cost. All the staff were super accommodating, friendly and really helpful! I came back with a large walking stick from Mt Fuji with all my stamps and wanted to cut it in half to bring back on the place, and their maintenance keeper was really nice about helping saw it. The public onsen was fantastic, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who stays here. Breakfast was included, and there was a huge choice of options. The pancakes with mango syrup were by far the best thing for me personally. Thank you!
