  I stayed here for several nights. It's a comfortable hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and recommended tourist spots. I'm really happy that the menu has been devised so that you won't get bored of the 4 meals per night and 2 meals course. The local specialty, hot spring tofu, is delicious, and they incorporate a variety of unusual ingredients, making it a well-made meal. The reception staff also helped me with meals, and since I love Japanese sake, they even offered me some local sake that wasn't on the menu. I've been to many hot springs, but this one was the best.

  A foreigner brother worked hard at reception, serving food, etc. That point was good, but I was concerned that he was doing everything by himself. I was also concerned that he seemed to have a cold. There were some inconveniences in the room, such as the battery for the TV remote control not working properly, and the lack of hair dryer and lotion (although other rooms apparently have them). I was told that they were offering a 1,000 yen discount if you pulled your own futon, so I laid it out myself, but I wonder if there aren't that many people around? That was the scene. The food for both dinner and breakfast was satisfying, the taste was good, and the quantity was just right. I reserved a private open-air bath for 1,300 yen for an hour and took a bath, but the drainage in the bath was poor and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned, with other people's left behind items and hair still there. As for the drainage in the bathroom, there was hardly any drainage, and I was surprised that even the changing room was flooded with water. There weren't many other guests, so I didn't have to worry about it, but I realized that there was a reason for the lack of other guests. The hot water was good and the food was delicious, but it was a waste. Due to this level of inconvenience and no refunds, I will never go again.

  Very kind and accommodating staff. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The dinner provided was delicious as well. The bath on site had such silky wonderful water. Excellent stay.
