  The hotel is so close to Takeo Onsen Station, it only took 30 seconds to get there! We stayed here for one night since we booked D&S train Two Stars 4047 next day. For twin room, it was clean and comfy. The room is bigger than I expected. It will be perfect if there was a closet in the room. Free breakfast was served. Also we enjoyed the Onsen, it was relaxing. The staff were able to communicate in English and they were very happy to help foreign visitors.

  Bed are too small for the double bed. Location is very good. Staff are very helpful. I like the Onsen, which is big and clean. Facilities is good.

  The lobby is newly renovated. Individual travelers will not be able to book the nicer rooms. The rooms opened for booking were old and small. Please do everything you can to avoid staying in this hotel.

  Stayed for 4 nights in Nov/Dec 2023. While the front desk and location is good, the housekeeping is horrible. Trash from previous guest was found in the room as well as mould on the walls of the toilet, especially near the towels. I felt ill due to this and there's no email to feedback to the management. There's is also the issue of noise early in the morning from tourists talking loudly.

  Decent hotel, located near Takeo Onsen station. Rooms as expected, small but has all you need. A little noisy with guests passing by. Onsen small but nice. Only one elevator in each of the two buildings, so can take some time to traverse buildings to go to the onsen or to breakfast. Breakfast decent with local ingredients. Seems like the hotel cares about the environment too, with bamboo/wooden amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor handle).
